The AT1000 Air Filter has been specifically developed for plasma cutting systems by a plasma torch manufacturer to solve plasma cutting problems and improve both torch and consumable life. The AT1000 is easy to install and economical to run with low cost replacement filter cartridges.

Plasmaflow is a plasma torch coolant fully approved by Kaliburn for use in their Spirit, FineLine and ProLine plasma systems without affecting their system warranties.

Plasmaflow, is suitable for all other plasma systems including Hypertherm, Esab, Thermal Dynamics and Kjellberg, as well as water cooled MIG and TIG welding systems.

Do not use commercial radiator antifreeze as this has materials that are unsuitable for plasma systems!!

        are both a convenient and cost-effective way 
        to maintain Plasmaflow torch coolant in the
        required state for your plasma system. Coolant
        filters should be changed at least every six months
         or whenever flow in the system is reduced.

We recommend Christo-lub^® oxygen compatible grease for use on all o-rings used on oxygen plasma systems. It is chemically as well as biologically inert, non-toxic, non-flammable and has no fire or flash point which results in it being the safest lubricant for use in both medical and industrial gas applications.
