Kaliburn Spirit high density plasma systems

The new range of Spirit high density plasma systems from KALIBURN continue to offer the excellent cut edge quality that all the earlier FineLine series were renowned whilst offering even more value.

New improved electrode life means that, with the very latest in plasma consumable life technology, the Kaliburn Spirit system will now provide up to 7500 pierces per electrode at 100amps! Combined with the convenience of plasma marking and plasma cutting using the same consumables, along with the ultimate in cut quality, the Kaliburn Spirit range sets new standards in mechanised plasma cutting.

Available in amperages of 150, 200, 275 or the first ever 400 amp system from KALIBURN, each system provides identical true precision high definition plasma cut edge quality whilst delivering virtually dross free cuts and maintaining the minimal face bevels traditionally accepted for the high definition plasma cutting process.

The fully automatic gas console (AGC), which is used with all four Spirit ‘a’ systems from Kaliburn, sets all process parameters automatically resulting in ease of operator training and use. The AGC sets preflow, plasma and shield gas pressures. It ensures optimum cut quality by advising cut speed and arc voltage. It displays the correct torch parts required for the material to be cut and even monitors electrode life. No need for tedious cutting charts!
